For your convenience, there are many different ways for you to pay for your lilacandcream order so you just need to select the option thats best for you.

Payment by Credit or Debit Card by Protx (recommended)
Protx is a very secure payment gateway. You''ll be directed away from the lilacandcream website to make your payment on Protx''s secure system. Once you''ve entered your card details & received a message to say that your payment has completed, you''ll be returned to the lilacandcream website. Please be assured that we have no access whatsoever to your financial details.

BACS Transfer
If you select the option to pay by BACS (bank transer) you''ll receive an email giving you our bank account details to enable you to transfer money to us. If you have an internet banking facility you should be able to transfer funds automatically by selecting the "bill payment" or similar option & entering details of our bank, sort code & account number. Please quote your order number as a reference. If you don''t have an internet banking facility, you may need to contact your bank to see if payment by BACS is an option thats available to you.

Please note that your order will not be despatched until the funds have cleared into our account (usually 2 working days).

PayPal
If you already have a PayPal account then you can send money to our account at lilacandcream@ntlworld.com. Please check that you know your PayPal password before selecting this payment option.

Telephone Payment
If you prefer, you can ring us on 01623 794344 & we can process your payment by credit or debit card over the phone. In the unlikely event that we''re not available to answer your call immediately, then please leave a message on our answering machine with your name & telephone number & we''ll call you back as soon as possible. Please make sure that you have your credit or debit card available.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm but we understand that our customers may have different working hours so we''re usually available to take calls until around 8.00 pm. We''re also usually available on Saturday mornings.

Personal Cheque or Postal Order
If you don''t have a credit or debit card (or don''t wish your financial details to be placed on the internet) then you can pay by cheque or postal order.
